WORLD WATER DAY 2009

The Ildefonsians and Tanayans in the Board of Directors, Management, and Staff of the Tanay Water District enjoin all to celebrate WORLD WATER DAY on March 22, 2009 by conserving water, supporting environmental regeneration projects and planting at least one tree on or before each birthday.

Wishing to feature a song from the Ethnic Groups in Tanay but wanting of any available recording, a song by Ethnic Filipina Musician Grace Nono entitled "Anungan" which mirrors the beginning of Life in Water as in the First Book of Genesis may provide some inspiration if you would please follow this link
